I recently started doing sudoku as a way to stimulate my brain non-electronically. I’ve been thinking about digging out my playing cards and Yahtzee game as well. It’s nice to take a break from all the lights and sounds for a minute.

I spent way more time outside today than I should’ve and I am definitely paying the price. Asthma and migraine both activated. I was out trying to care for feral/stray cats that have nowhere to go to get out of the smoke. 😭
