While the OSF remains the market leader on preregistrations, there are numerous tools that I can highly recommend for other parts of the research process. Here is a brief overview. I’m happy about suggestions!
Diagram titled "Open Science Infrastructure: Current Services for Psychologists," categorized across four research stages:

Planning:
• OSF: State-of-the-art platform with InternetArchive mirrors + templates.
• PsychArchives: Includes the elaborate PRP-QUANT and PRP-QUAL templates.
• Zenodo: No modifications possible after 30 days.

Materials and Data:
• Zenodo: Elaborate meta-data formats, contribution types, communities, etc.
• PsychArchives: Private and public content + anonymization for peer review.
• Footnote: Browse more repositories at re3data.org.

Publication:
• Zenodo: Not indexed in Google Scholar.
• PsychArchives: Linking with many objects possible.
• PsyArXiv: Psychology's biggest preprint server.
• Footnote: Browse preprint servers on Wikipedia's list; look for DOA journals at DOAJ.

Communication and Teaching:
• Zenodo and PsychArchives listed.
• Footnote: Browse OERs in the OER World Map.

OSF will continue to support study planning and preregistration, as well as community-run preprint services. Our overview explains what's changing, what will continue, key dates, & where to find detailed guidance. We've also shared why these changes are necessary. (🧵2/2)

OSF Changes | Center for Open Science
We are preparing substantial changes to OSF that will reduce its functionality, focus OSF on its unique strengths, and move toward an integrated model with complementary services. As part of that shift, the OSF Projects workflow – the part of the OSF used for project collaboration, file management, and storage – is being phased out as an active workspace. This change does not affect persistence and accessibility of existing public projects. We are very sorry for the disruption that this will cause for OSF users.

How well can others judge our self-control? 👀 People who know us well can tell surprisingly well how much self-control we have, and even predict how successfully we navigate temptations in daily life. But some aspects of self-control are much easier to see than others. Read here (open access!)

There is a publication and a preprint that seem to be authored by me and Kimmo Sorjonen. *Both are fake* The paper is now retracted from the journal & OSF profile deleted. But I was approached at a conference by someone recently who had read the paper and taught it in a course. Just FYI!
