Took the the turkey out to rest and bring the sides to temp and then heard three electrical pops from back of oven. Immediately throw in the sides and don’t touch the door til dinner. Gravy gets made outside in a turkey fryer burner. Persevere.

@actioncookbook.com I have once again made the Kentuckiana Hot Loin, which we affectionately call “Pickle Pork”, and it was destroyed by the wife, 7 year old, and 3 year old alike. A much needed dinner victory in a season where none come easy.
