On a le droit d'écrire au procureur pour demander l'effacement de toutes nos données dans les fichiers de police, dont le Faed (empreintes digitales), les photos etc.
Et communication de toutes ces données.
Je ne parle même pas des fiches S, concernées elles aussi.

Blocages, manifs, interpelations devant les lycées : Si la police t'arrête, voilà tes droits. Ils ne sont pas optionnels, même si tu es mineur·e

01) garde le silence
Donne ton identité et rien d'autre. Tu as le droit de ne pas répondre aux questions : se taire, ce n'est pas avouer. Ne raconte rien avant d'avoir parlé a ton avocat.

2) exige un avocat
Pour une mineur·e, un avocat est obligatoire et pris en charge par l'etat. Le bareau de la Seine Saint Denis organise une permanence tous les jours, dans tous les comissariats. Tu le vois seul·e 30 minute. Aucune audition ne peut commencer sans lui.

3)Fait prevenir tes parents.
Ils doivent etre avertis immediatement (ou un adulte de confiance que tu designes). Tu peux aussi demander a voir un médecin.

A dire, mot pour mot :
- Je veux un avocat
- Je veux voir un medecin
- Je n'ai rien a declarer
- Prevenez mes parents
