This one is a litte rough, the planeswalker template for the old version of the app I use has 3 abilities period with a text field each. Makes it super weird to use, so used a creature template.

A piece I did for #mario3redrawn🍄 #pixelart #ドット絵 (I keep trying to upload an animated one but the site won't let me)

a super mario 3 watery level redrawn in my style. luigi is about to get eaten by a pihrana plant, some koopas are waving to eacother on pipes, a goomba is there in the background, and fish are doing fish things. there is a bit of a sunset and stars sparkling, with fireworks.

I had a wild idea for a heavily themed commander deck and am pooling for inspiration. Trying to theme it around the Creature from the Black Lagoon (Bally, 1992) pinball machine and the movie theater experience. What screams pinball in #mtg #commander? How do I force someome to MOVE THEIR CAR?

Got to this part of Rebirth & all this talk of echo'd pairs made me think of Dyne being the dark reflection of Barret. Made a custom card for funzies! Like many echo'd pairs, where the hero helps others the outlaw helps themselves. Also wanted another use for munition tokens. #mtgxfinalfantasy

Barret, Avalanche Leader
{2}{R}{G}
Legendary Creature — Human Rebel

Reach

Avalanche! — Whenever an Equipment you control enters, create a 2/2 red Rebel creature token.

At the beginning of combat on your turn, attach up to one target Equipment you control to target Rebel you control.

Dyne, Corel Avenger
{2}{B}{R}
Legendary Creature — Human Assassin

First Strike

Whenever one or more other nontoken permanents leave the battlefield, create a colorless artifact token named Munitions with “When this token leaves the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to any target.”

Repentance - At the beginning of combat on your turn, sacrifice another creature or artifact. When you do, this creature gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is 2 plus the sacrificed permanent’s mana value.

I feel the universes beyond sets would feel more engaging if there were a narrative conveyed through the set to follow. In most of the UB releases so far, the narrative has felt external. Like the sets exhibit snapshots of characters foremost and only brush past their journeys that provide context.
