LA is going to simply be uninsurable after this, isn't it? I mean, what happens if you can't get homeowners insurance in one of the biggest real estate markets in the US? I know this is a what-comes-next issue, but also seems like the most direct way the market will HAVE to care abt climate chaos.

After reading up on Jimmy Carter, it seems as if he was one of the most principled and least problematic presidents ever. Ironically, it’s also what contributed to him serving 1 term. He didn’t play the game. He simply sought to govern. Grateful for the way he lived out his faith in public.
