The Ancestry DNA ethnicity update is out and mine still mostly ties with my research: 76% Scottish, 12% English, 11% Irish. But 1% Belgian?! 🤷‍♀️ #Genealogy

Yay! Existential Photography got a shot of my fake arm side at the Mission Ren Faire. I forgot to take a picture before the arm fell apart and I moved to more of a baby carrier situation with a shawl 😄

There's always one panel in a Stephen Collins comic that I immediately want to use for all my profile pictures. Today, it's...

I attended two great events at the @MuseumOfVan.bsky.social last week. The first was the MOV’s Austerity Tour - highlighting how decades of funding stagnation has affected the museum. Ryan Hunt (CEO) spoke candidly about their struggles and strategies.

Happy Little Shop of Horrors day! (Movie version, anyway. The stage show uses September 21.) As you may have guessed by my choice of puppet, I’m a big fan 😄 These are the “don’t feed the plants” stickers I handed out at the Mission Ren Faire.

I finished my 100 days project to cross stitch 100 Vancouver "icons". From museums and landmarks to Penis Satan, it's a real mixture of what makes the city special 😄 It's on 18ct Aida and each picture is one inch square. (And most are technically blackwork / backstitch!)
