also the OST is by Motoi Sakuraba fromSoft fame and its awesome but i cant in good faith rec it bc what if i finish it and the story was just doing sidequests delivering packages for whacky bishops and making boob jokes for like 50 hrs. if it turns out mid ill look like a fool. YOU SEE MY ISSUE...

Resonance of Fate + no joke i keep hitting points where i wanna be like 'omg oomf would like this' bc its about bounty hunters trying to make a living in an artificial city with a ruling class of corrupt bishops and cardinals who serve a secret machine god and people might also be artificial(???)-

its called Resonance of Fate i found its remaster a little bit ago + maybe its just my personal fancy but also i enjoy the art direction a lot as well it reminds me of FF8-FF13 which is why its so painful that the main story so far has been 6ish chapters of doing slowburn slice of life busywork 😭

slowly being driven mad by a jrpg im playing w my irls bc it has one of the most intriguing worldbuilding ive come across that is masterfully dripfed thru npc dialogue + a very unique battle system i rly enjoy. but i cant rec it to any1 bc the game aggressively refuses to have a single story beat

No I dont think a fiction hosting website outlining barebones rating standards for content hosted on its platform is the same as the ‘moral code’ applied to the biggest western media machine of the era that among other things prevented interracial relationships on screen but idk maybe that’s just me

oh your entire industry is crumbling because of externalities outside your control? Have you thought of starting a patreon so that you have to do a bunch of extra work on top of that?

saw one that was 'post your art that tells a story' like idk what to tell you man i thought all art tells a story

000

Random Access Memory @randomaccessmem0ry.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

this is a sourpuss moment but i think ive seen enough of these 'artist post you X art' quote chains i think the uplifting concept is nice but the niche vagueness of these boxes to put everything in is getting out of hand
