I know the problems I'm having in life right now. I know what to do about it. I'm going to call the specialist next week and stop complaining about things that are so fixable.

I can do the most mundane tasks right now and I enjoy it. I can do the dishes mindfully. I didn't practice, it just *happened*. I don't know how I got this lucky. I hope that it lasts. I hope that I remember how happy I am in this moment and I keep going this way.

I can't watch this new show because I have to wait for XYZ, I can't clean out my spare bedroom because I have to set a day for it and do it all in one day, I can't go to the dollar store because then I would have to get clearance from my husband (he doesn't care)

I feel like I've been in an abusive relationship with myself. I didn't allow myself to do anything because, in my mind, everything has to be done a certain way

All this reading and research I've been doing... And I feel like I literally woke up last week just changed

There is a website called Echovita that steals obituaries from funeral home websites, runs it through some shitty AI, & reposts it, encouraging people to send the family "flowers" and "gifts" without the families permission.
