I am seeing reports of Yi Peng 3 being detained Re: The C-Lion cable. There are some other interesting vessels in the area at the time including Liberian-flagged Magic Seas (9736169) which had some drifting right over the cable. Also the Singapore-flagged MTM Tortola is in the area (9742065)

Chartgpt.dev is a really cool way to generate graphs and bar charts in seconds based on text. Here I prompted it to generate a graph based on Russian vessel port calls to Bandar Anzali over the last year.
