I really need to learn more about how my employee thinks because her work papers make no sense when I give her a chance to design it. I mean, I still need her work papers to be obvious when a dumb auditor comes to review it. But it’ll make the nudge to that easier.

I’ve decided today is BBQ day. I order BBQ for lunch so I can use the brisket in my chili by the time my beans are done. It’s the most expensive way to make chili, but I’m not ready to commit to sous vide brisket yet. Now *thats* a commitment.

Boo. The rumination is back and my therapist cancelled today. I will have a session before my co-op thing. But that does nothing for my weekend. Luckily I don’t have plans so I will probably spend it very high and talk through why that’s an unhealthy coping mechanism on Tuesday.

Having to explain that while USPS might say you’re in a city, you might actually exist out of the city tax jurisdiction. Unincorporated areas are just informally adopted by nearby cities. Because unincorporated means they live outside legal city limits. She thinks I am trying to trick her.

My therapist was no help with my rumination. Supposedly you’re supposed to reassure yourself, recognize the problem you’re trying to solve is emotional and not practical and wait for your neural pathways to slooooooowly adapt. The answer was supposed to be drugs.
