ICYMI the latest news said it was due to technical error. Guess who to blame for this mass ban (and eventually reverted)?

If you're wondering how this will go Square Enix handed off their mobile Octopath game to NetEase who immediately started using ChatGPT to translate everything resulting in text like this. When players complained they started asking fans to fix their translations in exchange for in-game currency

An in-game message featuring awkward language ("due to unmet conditions, the story of the new continent Solistia Chapter cannot be started") and ending with "if there is more text or additional content you want translated, please feel free to provide it!"

Throné: "You did you stay alive for so now? I've changed my opinion of you."

Not sure how they managed to detect it. Is OldTweetDeck uses Twitter API instead of modifying the whole UI? Either way, it's kinda disappointing. Well, no wonder why some games no longer use Twitter/X account linking. This would happen. And that's just few losses, my art and irl account still safe

it should fall under illegal/automated tools if I use it, however the screenshot says about ingenuine/unusual/not authentic engagements, which should be: 1. involved in follow boosting 2. engagement spam 3. defrauding or impersonation none on oldtwitter falls under these directly

I didn't think retweeting anime pics would trigger twitter's bot to ban me or maybe i tweeted "YOU CANNOT PEEL ME" on this tweet and it gained unusual tractions

I run #OSR #RPGs for kids (I'm currently running #Shadowdark). I'm constantly amazed by how "dungeon crawling" lives in the zeitgeist of kids. I made this #dungeon door flowchart to help with procedural play and fill in some gaps, which will ideally be expanded into a #zine or series of pamphlets.

A flowchart resembling an old-school Dungeons and Dragons map. The flowchart follows the process of coming to a dungeon door and the various procedures you can use to enter.

sometimes running is better than fighting, especially when in social games like tabletop/ttrpg and that one person makes you headache... been leaving one system for good for that ;w; wished my experience is better with other games, but i can't reconcile with it ;A;)

Idk who needs to hear this but using reference isn’t cheating and needing to look at reference doesn’t make you any less of any artist and tbh if anyone says otherwise they are toxic as all hell.
