There was post mentioning that "you shouldn't put all your UI into one canvas in Unity". I always have all my UI screens under one Canvas in separate game objects that I turn on/off - never experienced issues. Redesigning the game menus to fit the game style more. It's always hard to change UI style after you get used to it looking certain way, but as the game evolved I realised the old style didn't match the mood anymore. #gamedev #screenshotsaturday

This is my most interesting takeaway too. People think this is a AAA only thing, presumably because a) that’s the most visible stuff and b) that’s what they dislike and see as ‘deserving’ failure for one of many reasons. I think many also assume what they’d group as ‘indie’ are independently funded

Portal 2 is my favorite game of all time and I’ve always wanted a Chell figure, so I decided to make one! I kinda just winged it on this project, so it’s amazing she came out as perfect as she did! She’s made from paper, paper clay, and a few wooden dowels. 😊💕✨
