A dark chocolate coloured bat with a triangular head and a rather marsupial like nose array (it makes me think of a wombat's snout) clings to the side of a short round glass with a layer of hazelnuts then a creamy pudding topped with a swirl of cream, gold star shaped cachous and a pair of autumnal hazel leaves.
