Today at coffee with friends, my phone started buzzing and when I pulled it out, it showed I was in the line with 911 Emergency Services. Apparently if you click your power button 5 times it will call them then lock you out of your phone for hours. 🤦🏻 Turned that setting off real fast. Ugh.

There are many tools for specific needs (jars, cards, pencils, buttons, etc) but not for like general dexterity and pain (which sucks ass).

I would say compression gloves but I don't know if you need to have better skin on them for oils or any reason. Voltaren between sessions at home (I touch my face too much to use it during the day but overnight helps a bit). Unfortunately there's not enough for degenerative hand health in general 😕
