I've set myself a goal of finally beating a video game I've always wanted to finish, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, even if it means I have to do the entire thing solo thanks to how bad the online of the remastered edition was. Currently at the start of year 3 with 16 of 79 artifacts and rings.
