It's an Arcane season 2 Spoiler. The final scene with Jayce and viktor are holding each other, In this art they are not touching their forehead. Viktor has his back against Jayce that is tenderly cradling viktor neck with his left hand, viktor left hand is holding jayce left arm for support.
Jayce is holding viktor right hand with his own right hand, a bright light is trying to escape from their hold and they are holding it together. The universe seem to swirl and converge to them in the center, and they seem to be starting to form one from the bottom of their body, and the top of their body is dissolving into the universe and the stars. This represent soulmates.
