Oh no! Its so hard to find an effective psyc med, then this kinda carp happens! ☹️ Seroquel was A.MA.ZING. for me for...2 weeks. Then my hashi's riddled thyroid said "NOPE." Apparently thyroid inflammation is a side effect. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I hope this isnt the meds if they're working well for you otherwise!

Its been a tough year for even small amts of gardening in my yard. Going to cover the tomatoes and peppers and hope for the best with the incoming lower temps. Need them to make it to next week's sunny & warm forecast days to finish the season! On the plus side, the Thai peppers have done well.

My screen is dark unless I'm working out or get a notification. The latter is set to go out quick to save battery. Just a blip to see if its important. And having a sn kid sometimes it is. I keep it turned to hide the screen on rare times I'm in any kind of theater. Sorry, not turning it off fully.

Spent the day at the Gem & Mineral show. So much walking and sparkly things! I have so many stone bracelets now 😂 (mindfulness tools) and got palm stones for therapy fidgets & calming tools. And a new larger deeper toned singing bowl. (Dog doesnt care for the small one.) It was a good day! 💜🪨✨️
