Trick or Treat why not both.? Every Halloween, Cel and Tabbi take kids whose parents are too busy trick or treating. When they can be home for the trick or treaters to come to them, they give out the best swag! ..they also tend to 'mom' a lot of the folks. Poison Celly and Tabbi Quinn

Halloween is rally one of their favorite times of the year.
All the kids in costumes, when the weather isnt too cold.
Every year, Celesse and Tabbitha will dress up in a couples themed costume. Taking the kids whose parents are occupied or too busy out to trick or treat.
This year, Celesse and Tabbi dressed up as Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn.
