Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 7hYep makes no sense. Chasing the Green Bay offense 3 years late with a unproven kid OC. We just need competent play calling that won’t change every single season. 010
Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 10hI never felt good about this. We have key players in their prime and only 2 years of Vic left, yet we keep gambling on unproven OCs and it never works. Mannion was always going to be fired or hired away in a year. Reich or Roman would've brought stability and a top 10 offense to make us contenders. 110

Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Playing it safe has us on the brink of fascism. It’s far past time to take the gloves off. We haven’t seen a republican create a job in 40 years. We have been dragged into every war and recession under republicans and still their is discourse about who’s best. Time to stop playing. 010
Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 08/10/2026I don’t understand why they keep pretending the rates are going to do anything? The economy isn’t overheating. Higher rates don’t change the cost pressures from tarrifs or war and will create more pressure on housing prices even rents which accounts for the largest % of their inflation index. 010

Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 06/10/2026I’m at 4.1% and feel the same. There is no logical reason to spend the same money monthly for less house just to move. That’s never the point of building all that equity. 000
Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Yeah the people in the middle are the ones that seem most stuck to me. They simply don’t have the options that have been normal for decades of build equity upgrade your home but not really increase your payment very much. You can move but need to downgrade and use a lot of equity to do so. 030
Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 06/10/2026There’s really no reason to wait or sell, TBH. I ran the numbers: if I sold and rolled my $350K in equity into the next house, I could keep roughly the same payment while buying a home worth $250K less. So unless you need to move for location, selling doesn’t make much financial sense. 190

Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Somehow in all the offseason discourse about how Hurts need to prove himself in this system. Should have been Roman / Stoutland. 000
Project 2029 @project2029.bsky.social · 04/10/2026The offensive scheme stinks.
