That makes sense. When approaching this with my general "let teachers figure out how to do their job" stance toward mandates, I failed to apply the "sometimes parents suck to deal with" filter. And I suppose that can have a bigger impact on day-to-day life

Yep. Already lots of stories in the T1D community about power tripping people of authority messing with kids' pumps. Not to mention, if you want to monitor your kid's CGM remotely, it generally needs to be connected to a cell phone
