My colleague @moritz-graefrath.com and I argue in @foreignaffairs.com for selective nuclear proliferation to Canada, Germany and Japan. We make the case it will benefit all three, as well as the USA, and that it will also strengthen the increasingly brittle global order.

We said goodbye to our wonderful beagle, Pepper, late on Tuesday. She was sick most of this fall, but fought bravely. She came with us from Canada to Oklahoma, and brought incredible joy to our lives. There is a hole in our house now.
