I recently discovered Charlie Puth - I had heard some of his songs on the radio w/o knowing who he was. But the album he released this year is super 90's pop coded and I am absolutely obsessed omg. Seems like a rad dude. Love listening to people be obsessively passionate about things.

its outline shaders day. Been a fan of the vagrant story styled directionally shifted outline for a highlight, testing calculating offset in clip space and then shift+clamp+nonuniformly scale inverted hull vtx to get a similar starting point. also zbias in clipspace atm #gamedev #godotEngine #wip

That's a good point - I think the art style is totally fine, but I was a bit surprised at the tone of the writing. And that's not a commentary of quality what-so-ever! So I could see a bit of a mismatch in that regard.

I don't understand - which 3d platformers have no texture to them in terms of challenge? Unless the game is literally licensed by a kids show, I don't see where that association comes from.
