A big part of our awe was the rolling hills of Graves and maple leaves falling in flurries like snow. We saw Tarry Town over the bridge and it was Specifically nestled in as described by Irving. I could almost hear Bing's narration from the animated tale of Sleepy Hollow. You're going to love it.

Ah, well then: (and we went in November when things were still spooky but switching to Holiday displays) The "actual" bridge, better looking wooden bridge, Irving's grave, and much of the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery are within walking distance of each other. Its vast and full of macabre architecture.
