Booked @british-airways.bsky.social flights for me and my daughter last week. Paid >£2,200, got confirmation & booking ref. Today I go to check the arrival time: booking gone. Called BA: “auto-cancelled by the system” with no notice. ~2 hs phone call to fix it. What if I had shown up at the airport?

Horses are natural hosts of influenza viruses so it’s no surprise that they can be infected by H5N1. We should monitor such infections in equine populations to prevent the emergence of novel influenza viruses that might affect horses and other animals, or even humans. wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/...
