In my city, there is 1 private special needs school and 16 private faith-based schools. Faith based schools should not receive taxpayer funds. Period!! Public school kids are having fewer instructional days because the school system can't balance the budget. Separation of church and state!!!

Love and respect to all teachers. They aren't surgeons and public schools aren't operating rooms. In my district, there isn't even a school nurse for every school every day-they split their time btwn mult schools. And those nurses cannot even give OTC meds without signed notes from parents and MD.

My school district has a budget deficit of 44 million dollars. Kids start the school year with massive supply lists for their classrooms-tissues, hand santizer...There is a levy on the upcoming ballot to increase property taxes to fund schools. It has nothing to do with "sex changes in schools" 🙄
