$150 short on rent due TODAY $250+ electric bill by the 9th Please help. Avoiding a $50 late fee would be a blessing. My roommate has literally *never* paid rent late. He was laid off due to Crohns’s last year (work didn’t admit it) and is pursuing legal action but that is long off if ever.
