One of the worst things about being an indie author? Having so many indie author friends with books I want to read and not enough time to read them all. I’ve gone from being a monogamous one book at a time reader to having 5 going simultaneously because I want to read all of my friends’ books now.

I survived my first book signing as an author and it exceeded my expectations (granted those were to sit alone for an hour with no sales). But I have another one coming up and it’s in my town where people will know me as me and not just my secret spicy author name and I am terrified.
