havin' fun with a bendy nib, using old materials, and drawing our Draw Steel character lichen, who is an exotic fungus living in a dead carbide chef (in the caves of qud sense). green adept elementalists can do is dissolve into plant matter and tendrils and fungus, which is neat.

our partner played some recursive suspend time-cloning deck and it's quite fitting that she 1) had this card and 2) played it on us and 3) the art sure is scalatable. boy howdy we do not understand mtg and squiggling the rules makes it all the more baffling. sink into stupor, indeed.

the mtg card Sink into Stupor. 1UU. Instant. Return target spell or nonland permanent an opponent controls to its owner's hand.

The art and description are the reason it's being posted, though. The art depicts a naga being baptised in some mystic spring, clearly going through Something internally.

The card text reads "the kami help travelers find profound relief, by freeing them from their mortal concerns."

Coupled with the title of the card, this sure has implications for some audiences.

took a few hours to get to this point. shading sprites is fun, but tricky for one laden with ignorance. :3 probably coulda done to pick something less abjectly shiny to start with, but what else are we gonna flail our ADHD at intermittently?

ghost type irl #nemmypix loved going to the sea at midnight for photos by starlight and light pollution alone. was very very normal about it. anyway figured it'd be fun to poke at the raws from that night in darktable, and wowee it sure is better than irfanview for squeezing beauty from darkness.
