Time for a new change 🌊 The Walk Home is my debut single under the new artist name Tides Reach. Taking its name from my childhood home that was a short walk to the sea, Tides Reach is a chillsynth project that aims to capture what my home environment means to me.

It's alright, we've got Philippine genes on our side

I try not to drink too many preferring the American sodas like Baja Blast or Arizona if I'm near a specialist import store, but here are some British ones worth trying if you see them

Old Jamaica Ginger Beer (not the same as root beer or ginger ale)

I haven't got a big enough discography to justify a price large enough to refund, but that's terrible of them. Just respond with this:

Acclivity made it to the vaporwave Best Albums of 2024 list! If you're into the classic sample-based slushwave of telepath you'll probably be into this. underwater-computing.bandcamp.com/album/accliv...

I'm a massive fan of all his albums. While some consider TBII to be cold and sterile, these days it's aged well and has a distinct sound of its own. Last summer I managed to visit Kington and walk on Hergest Ridge.

RIP David Lynch Someone once posted that every member of the vaporwave community is either into Twin Peaks or Wrestling. Without the community I would have never known about Lynch's works beyond Dune. Thankfully I saw many more including Twin Peaks which, like many here, I became a big fan of.

I had two physical releases this year that I was very happy with but I had began to lose interest with vaporwave in 2023. 2025 will see the start of a new chillsynth project not under polyglot. If I'm too slow to finish the whole album I'll at least have a single or two on Spotify by next year.

Give me a screenshot from a video game that immediately makes you hear the soundtrack in your head

Age yourself with a movie you saw in theaters as a kid. (to keep it Christmassy)

My Twitter notifications are now overrun with bot accounts. These two even had the same profile pic but flipped.

One of the things I like about the Bluesky app: Trying to line the circular up arrow icon in the corner with the slightly larger profile pic icons
