Continuing my first-time watch of "21 Jump Street," and was shocked to realize that the B-plot of Season 2, Episode 2, is basically "Training Day." This man, and his mullet, will face serious ethical issues far outside the bounds of the primetime afterschool specials of season one.

This is Howard the Duck #1, published in 1976 (I think) by Marvel Comics. The character was introduced several months earlier in an issue of Man-Thing, along with a Conan-type guy named Korrek, both of whom were brought into the Earth-616 reality through the "Nexus of All Realities," a portal 2/?
