I just feel in my soul that I havent done enough today. Which is so dumb b/c ive almost finished 3 loads of laundry and grocery shopping, worked on writing a report, and worked on the dissertation today. What is up with thos dumb ass feeling?

My fellow acadmeics, I think we've gone to far. People sharing vulnerabilities, discussing needs or boundaries, or making disabilities plane is not treating you like a therapist, thats called human connection. I know you dont always feel human. But you are. And human connection is good for you.

I've never used protein powder before. I did not realize *how much* powder you needed for one serving. like in the videos one scoop does not look like that much but its more than a 1/3 of a cup for a whole serving!?! I'm drinking a smoothie having... what can only be described as... a time...
