What. A fucking. Day. Headphones fall apart while at work. The Maccas nearby was out of beef. And then one of the vacuum pumps for the CNC machines started smoking and took over an hour for the smoke to reduce. Nearly started a fire. Feel like I just cheated death.

Welp, o7 to my $20 off brand headphones that had a surprisingly good sound staging for being cheap Bluetooth headphones. Good battery life too. These literally broke because my noggin is too damn wide. To make it survive the rest of my shift, I wrapped the broken plastic with electrical tape.

Even with getting a raid from a friend, Twitch still isn't counting any of them as viewers if they don't interact with chat. Even when friends try to help me out with my streams, it still doesn't do anything because of how much bullshit Twitch is doing to fuck over small streamers.

I got to talk with Damian Ojeda for a minute and asked if they could put the album I Love You back on the Sadness Bandcamp discography. Hopefully it comes back. I love that album so much but can't find it anywhere but on streaming services. And I'm trying to see if I can cut my subscriptions.

Anybody else get the opportunity to use an Apple eMac back in the mid-late 2000s? Those things were absolute tanks. And I remember one of the games that was pre-installed with it was a top down shoot-em-up game called Deimos Rising. Remember spending hours on that game.

PS2 was when gaming peaked. No matter how many games I play on my PS4 or whatever my crappy PC can handle, I still find myself going back to PS2 games. Not to mention, a good amount of my PS3 and PS4 library is just ports or remakes or remasters of PS1 and PS2 games. Nostalgia has a hold on me.

I'm getting so deep into the audiophile rabbit hole that I'm now learning about bitrates and what is the most efficient bitrates for MP3 vs AAC files and where the human ear can even tell a difference and where it can't. Since an iPod can't natively play FLACs, AAC might be the way to go.

Okay a tiny thread because people are going to freak out: This exploit in particular takes advantage of a special command that renders images (via attribute escape). If you have an overlay that processes images (most don't) then yes, this is your problem. Overlay must explicitly create img DOM.

A picture of the exploit, using a command that explicitly includes an image file extension, but also would escape out of the src attribute of an image such than an onerror attribute can be added to the img tag. This onerror attribute can run explicit javascript immediately.

Default behavior for most chat widgets is if you have an image it will not attempt to modify image links into actual HTML image tags. Your overlay/overlay service must explicitly be doing this for you.

Okay so uh... I may have found a refurbished iPod Touch 5th Gen for real cheap. If things don't work out, there is a return policy, so I feel a little safe ordering this one. I only went for 32GB because I'm only planning on using this for music and nothing else. Won't even have internet on it.

I got the caramel Tim Tams. They're good, but the caramel is actually kinda too chewy for how crispy the biscuit itself is. I'd definitely eat them again, but I like the original Tim Tams more.

Initially I was gonna do an eGPU build. I did research on an m.2 Oculink adapter for the eGPU dock. Turns out the 7730U CPU is too crap to handle even something like a 2070 GPU without overclocking. And it's soldered to the motherboard. I bought a $500 paperweight that claims to be a "gaming PC."

Still saddened about this. So many of my old nuggets are all either refusing to power on, have a dead screen, or have a swollen battery. iPad Mini 2 has a swollen battery that busted the screen from behind. Galaxy S4 turns on but no screen. Sony Xperia XA1 can't boot. And Moto G6 battery is borked.
