This was just 233 days ago:

Sotomayor’s dissent in Trump v. United States: “Let the President violate the law, let him exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain, let him use his official power for evil ends. Because if he knew that he may one day face liability for breaking the law, he might not be as bold and fearless as we would like him to be. That is the majority’s message today.

Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do, the damage has been done. The relationship between the President and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.”

Kash Patel is on Trump's Dick so hard that we should call him Kash Lewinsky

I hoped Republicans in the Senate were confirming the Tulsi's and the McMahon's and the Kennedy's so they could pass on Patel without fear of retribution. By, you know... having a spine. I was wrong. AND foolish for thinking it might go differently.

GOD, I hate our legal system. ABC would almost certainly have lost this case. And he sued them just for fun, like all the SLAPP lawsuits he brings Had that case been brought to trial at the time of the incident in question, it would have 100% been a rape charge. www.nytimes.com/2024/12/14/u...
