my friend Nick Bull used 4 cameras over 4 nights to capture the Perseid meteor shower over Stonehenge. He took 8 hours stitching all the frames together to create this stunning work!

A bumper crop of saskatoons/serviceberries ripening up this year! Once ripe, they’ll disappear in a day (the birds always get them before we do - but then that’s why we planted them) (along with nice flowers in the spring and great fall colour – the perfect native shrub!).

If you are concerned about the impact of Bill 5 on protection for species at risk & their habitat in Ontario, and haven’t already submitted comments, TODAY IS THE DEADLINE. Find out how to make your voice heard by googling CELA, Environmental Defence, Ontario Nature, or the Wilderness Committee.

Researchers at Scripps Research Institute have developed a groundbreaking UNIVERSAL coronavirus vaccine that triggers STONG immune responses AND shows promise in neutralizing MULTIPLE coronaviruses, including those responsible for causing COVID-19, MERS, AND even the “common cold.” 🧪🧵⬇️

A screenshot of a poem. The poem reads:
Choose your leaders
with wisdom and forethought.
To be led by a coward
is to be controlled
by all that the coward fears.
To be led by a fool
is to be led
by the opportunists who control the fool.
To be led by a thief
is to offer up your most precious treasures to be stolen.
To be led by a liar
is to ask to be told lies.
To be led by a tyrant
is to sell yourself and those you love into slavery.
