Brought my medical cannabis to Belfast. That was the first time taking it through an airport and it couldn't have been easier. They didn't even pull my bag aside - I just sailed on through. Happy days.

General consensus seems to be that I should go back to work next week. I genuinely have no idea if I'm ready or not. My mental health is still not stable and I'm still very fragile. I guess we'll see how Belfast goes and reassess after.

Today has included: getting two piercings, going to an immersive cocktail experience, eating some noodles and watching Blue Lights. This is the first day in quite some time that I've not felt completely depressed. I'm very chuffed.

In exactly 1 month, I'll be travelling to New Zealand for the second time. Thankfully this time it's only two flights instead of three. I also paid to book an aisle seat, so my journey should be fairly comfortable. It's getting rather exciting now!

Finally caught up on all of #SLOMW. That show is absolutely wild! Taylor Frankie Paul is exhausting beyond belief. Whitney is insufferable. I miss Demi, even though she was horrible. All in all, a great show.

I think I was getting ahead of myself thinking I was getting better a few days ago. I'm really struggling today. Have spoken to my GP and have been referred for counselling and also have had my meds upped. So that's something I guess.

Made the mistake of going on my work laptop in order to find a personal document. Opened my emails and feeling extremely overwhelmed and also pissed off. It's full of emails from people asking me to do stuff, despite knowing I'm off on long term sick. How about do something yourself for once...

Today wasn't a great day for my mental health. Despite doing some baking and also some cooking as ways to keep me occupied, I still felt down. Some days are definitely better than others, so hopefully tomorrow will be better.
