Finally caught up on all of #SLOMW. That show is absolutely wild! Taylor Frankie Paul is exhausting beyond belief. Whitney is insufferable. I miss Demi, even though she was horrible. All in all, a great show.

I think I was getting ahead of myself thinking I was getting better a few days ago. I'm really struggling today. Have spoken to my GP and have been referred for counselling and also have had my meds upped. So that's something I guess.

Made the mistake of going on my work laptop in order to find a personal document. Opened my emails and feeling extremely overwhelmed and also pissed off. It's full of emails from people asking me to do stuff, despite knowing I'm off on long term sick. How about do something yourself for once...

Today wasn't a great day for my mental health. Despite doing some baking and also some cooking as ways to keep me occupied, I still felt down. Some days are definitely better than others, so hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I do not think that I'm ready to go back to work in a week. I feel bad for letting them down but my mental health is more important. I'm just so fragile at the moment and need to get better. On that note, I'm going to speak to the GP about upping my aripiprazole and perhaps about therapy.

I've read my autism report and it's made me feel really sad. Sad that I could've got help a lot earlier, sad that I feel so broken and just sad in general. That plus all the family stuff on top of it has meant that I'm very depressed today. I wanted to go out and do stuff but I'm just too upset.

you dont have to love cats, but if you hate them, you can't be trusted. cats are consent creatures. they have rules about how/when they can be touched. if you dont like creatures with rules, that signals to me that you'd barrel over boundaries. i know its weird but that's how it works in my head.

I'm still so pleased with myself for getting back into gaming. I used to really love it when I was younger. It's bringing back some nice memories, albeit from a tough time period for me. Also throughout my recent time off, I've been playing games pretty much non stop and it's helped enormously.
