It is scary. File unemployment immediately. You usually have a one week waiting period. I’m so sorry you are having to go through this. I was lucky to have a very supportive family when it happened to me. And while needing money is a thing, enjoy your time off too. It’s a small albeit scary break.

One of my biggest pet peeves in audiobooks is when a new narrator does the second book and doesn’t listen to the first and so gets the original character’s voice and cadence wrong. Happened with Knitting in the City and now Mate by #AliHazelwood disappointing
