Also felt like I was going to twist an ankle on the bobbly trail I found and throw up at the top of the hill. Definitely not all glamour. I’ve had a revelation today due to an unrelated tragedy that it’s at least partly a form of self-reassurance. Deeming the ‘cause’ to be something that doesn’t apply to you, therefore the tragedy won’t happen to you. 030
