I'm tired of pretending to be human. I wish I could exist in my home with my animals and not have to act human at a job in constant fight or flight mode. I'm exhausted.

Things are slowly heating up. While they are still simmering, it's a good time to review skills for street protests. Unfortunately, everyone should read "A Demonstrator’s Guide to Responding to Gunshot Wounds" in order to be prepared for a worst-case scenario. Hopefully, you'll never need it. 🤞

Even if you have no medical training, there are things you can do to maximize the likelihood that a person who is shot in your vicinity will survive.

Had a nice chill off day alone yesterday. Today I donated some clothes and plushies, went to a thrift store with my partner, and now we're grabbing a coffee before going to a fabric store that just opened. Life is nice sometimes. ❤️ Planning on painting when we go home.

No matter where I go for work there's always something. I get comfortable with my position and then something changes. I wish I could find remote work and not scams that are too good to be true. Sometimes I hate how my brain functions. I hate my anxiety. All it does is make things worse.

I keep having waves of extreme sadness. Everything will be perfectly fine. I'll be sitting there and then it hits me all of a sudden and I have to try not to cry. Not sure what that is, but it's a new sensation. I have nothing to be sad over so I'm not entirely sure what that's about.

Just learned from an old co-worker that I may have left my previous job at the right time. It seems like all the good noodles are leaving and everything is slowly falling apart. I just hope everybody is able to find another job that they enjoy, and good for them for getting out of there.

I really don't wanna show up for my last day. I will, unfortunately, because I need the money. 💵 But the lack of respect from my own coworkers today really opened my eyes. I am genuinely shocked and pretty furious.

I knew the camaraderie was fake from most of them. However, I didn't expect them to think so little of me, or have such a neurotypical way of thinking that anxiety makes no sense to them, so I must be crazy.

I was a bit sad to be leaving my job, at first, but folks are showing their true colors. Someone spread a rumor that I quit on the spot, even though I have two days left. One of my co-workers said that I need to get help, or take something, then did the crazy gesture in reference to why.

I don't know what's going on. 1. Few days ago, I left work early due to a breakdown 2. Woke up Saturday at 3am to vomit. Two hours later, I vomited again. 3. Managed to call out and had a migraine all day so I just slept. 4. Today, crying in the bathroom at work because of a rude customer.

My mental health isn't doing so well. I was able to go home early yesterday from work and it was really nice to be home for the day. I feel better today, but I have a headache. It's storming so hopefully we won't be busy. I doubt I'll be able to look anyone in the eye today.

Games are for everyone. Not just you. Not just your gender. Not just your race. For EVERYONE. A game featuring a character who has at least one characteristic different than you is not an agenda, it's just different from you. The game is still for you too, and everyone else.

Using a crimping tool (“crimping”) has been popularized over the last few years. Crimping is a really helpful technique! But why does it work and why do cosplayers do it? This post comes because I’ve received the question “do I need to crimp my wig”… and the answer is a resounding “it depends!”

Is it just a guy thing to make jokes involving violence? I had a customer joke about shooting me when I couldn't return something. Today I had a customer say I should stick my face in a lawn mower to even out my skin because I had a pimple on my chin. Are y'all okay? Cuz what the fuck?

Just learned that a mutual is no longer mutual. My anxiety goes to all sorts of 'answers' to try to understand - cuz I'm worried I did something wrong - when the reality is probably not that deep. Still, I really liked this person, so it's a bit of a bummer. I hope I didn't upset them in any way.

Doing a test. I saved all of my TikTok videos to my desktop and cannot access Skylight from desktop, so I'm seeing how using BlueSky will look. Enjoy my Richter photo shoot behind the scenes. Yes, that is a real whip. Yes I know how to use it. Yes I did hit myself a wee bit. #cosplay #castlevania
