No matter where I go for work there's always something. I get comfortable with my position and then something changes. I wish I could find remote work and not scams that are too good to be true. Sometimes I hate how my brain functions. I hate my anxiety. All it does is make things worse.

I keep having waves of extreme sadness. Everything will be perfectly fine. I'll be sitting there and then it hits me all of a sudden and I have to try not to cry. Not sure what that is, but it's a new sensation. I have nothing to be sad over so I'm not entirely sure what that's about.

Just learned from an old co-worker that I may have left my previous job at the right time. It seems like all the good noodles are leaving and everything is slowly falling apart. I just hope everybody is able to find another job that they enjoy, and good for them for getting out of there.

I don't know what's going on. 1. Few days ago, I left work early due to a breakdown 2. Woke up Saturday at 3am to vomit. Two hours later, I vomited again. 3. Managed to call out and had a migraine all day so I just slept. 4. Today, crying in the bathroom at work because of a rude customer.

My mental health isn't doing so well. I was able to go home early yesterday from work and it was really nice to be home for the day. I feel better today, but I have a headache. It's storming so hopefully we won't be busy. I doubt I'll be able to look anyone in the eye today.

Un-installed Marvel Rivals again. I need to remember that those types of games are not for me. I get too absorbed into them, playing with friends gets too competitive, and they're a cash grab with skins and other bs. It's not healthy, at least for me. Back to Elden Ring and Cyberpunk. ❤️
