OMG! Fingers crossed it will only be a stress nuisance without crazy damage before it can get fixed . Good luck!

I repeatedly do it in my library. It's joyful and just a smidge psychotic. LOL!

I feel like this should REALLY involve criminal charges, but in this wacky, oligarchical world we live in, it's brushed off as a simple "oops."

Got all the edge banding glued onto the two desk tops... which means all the gluing is done for this project. This Saturday will be a day of planing and sanding... followed (I hope) by a week of applying the finish.

Two rectangular desktops with figured Sapele in the center surrounded by a thin Ebony strip and a wider quartersawn Sapele strip.

I went to see Supergirl today and loved it. Milly Alcock killed it and had a fun script to work with. Great stuff!

I'm playing this game in real life as I'm trying to reorganize my library. 😅

A board game titled "A Place for All My Books" sitting on a wooden bookshelf.

I actually showed up a day early to the comic store to pick this up because I was so psyched to get it... and had to walk away sad because... well... I was a day early. LOL!

I've been working on a matching pair of small desks for my daughter and her fiance. Finally got to glue up the bases today. Next week, I'll start on the desktops. Here's one of the bases. Lots of sanding in my future! 😅 #woodworking #GreenLionWoodworks #furniture

Sitting on my deck with my cats, listening to the birds and watching my ground-mounted solar panels steal all the sun's energy. 😅

Just bought it because I treat all your recommendations as "must buy" books. No pressure or anything. 😂 (haven't been disappointed yet)

Some people might say I'm too old for this kind of book, but I say you're never too old for fun! @jendiagammon.bsky.social

Issue #1 is amazing and I hate that I have to wait a month for issue #2. But it's GOOD for me, right? Learning to appreciate delayed gratification? 😂 Honestly... really psyched for the next one!!!

Scored a copy of issue #1 of The HAB by @joshuadysart.bsky.social! About to drive home at potentially unsafe speeds to read it!

@joshuadysart.bsky.social Where can I find this? Doesn't show up on Amazon or Bookshop for me 😕

I remember first watching that show and loving those robots. I thought the entire series was going to all about showing them traveling the wasteland. Even though there were lots of other great episodes, I was low-key disappointed that my original expectation was wrong. 😉

Highly recommended!! Just finished it today! I kept my hard copy in pristine condition while I waited for the audio version... because the Peter Clines/Ray Porter combo is always epic! 😀

Around the starting area, you might run across a skeleton with a fedora in a busted up refrigerator. That cracked me up after I got the reference. 🤣

That whole interview was fantastic, I thought.
