And his meow was so quiet but also a bit panicked because he obviously couldn't understand what was going on but whenever I'd take his transport bag in my arms and talk to him gently it would calm him down like GOD I'M SO CRAZY ABOUT THIS CAT

I like to think that I'm pretty decent at making conversation and I can have small talk with pretty much anyone but there was that one time in college that still haunts me. It was Monday and I sat down next to a girl I'm on friendly terms with, we talked before, had friends in common etc etc
