I have the exact same thought processes I have been/am still trying to work on it 🙃 completely understand how frustrating it is!! The food scarcity mindset is a common for people who grew up with food poverty (me lol) and develops sometimes when people restrict for long periods of time (also me)

Context on this: I was getting paid $20 hr working a position that was supposed to be paid $27 for an entire year and my company is saying that I am not owed back pay because I didn't have the official title "supervisor" when I was doing literally every task outlined in the supervisor position
