I got so lucky and would just scroll anytime ACOTAR was mentioned, so I didn’t spoil it for myself, but then went back to the accounts to enjoy the memes. The Suriel memes were ICONIC. Had me giggling and kicking my feet

Insanity: The deportation flights Trump used military jets for—that Mexico refused to accept—cost the U.S. up to $852,000 per flight to attempt to deport just 80 migrants at a time. To compare, flights directly chartered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement cost just $8,577.

This is EXACTLY how it felt when I started ACOTAR 2 years ago. Spoilers EVERYWHERE.

The past several days have proven without a shadow of a doubt that Project 2025 is real and underway. And those who warned America about it were right.

But it only requires 34 of the 50 (2/3) states to call for a Constitutional Convention. That’s what scares me.

The way this amendment has been proposed it excludes presidents who have served 2 consecutive terms from serving a 3rd. It’s written only for presidents who have served either 1 term only, or 2 nonconsecutive terms. They knew exactly what they were doing when they wrote it that way. Obama can’t.

It’s super scary. 19 states have passed the Convention of States (Article V), 7 states had it pass in one chamber, 13 states have active legislation. I have to just hold onto hope that we won’t let it come to that.

I get it. Some books hit or they don’t! Thanks for the honest review. If you’re into time travel/multiple dimensions then you’ve probably already read this one, but Dark Matter is fantastic. I read it back in 2016. Easily one of my favorite books ever.

A federal court has declared that warrantless searches of US person’s communications collected for national security purposes is unconstitutional. Now it’s our job to make sure Congress knows that when they renew this law in a little over a year.

Oh, so you’re just lonely and seeking attention. I’m sorry. Hopefully you can one day find a community to authentically connect with. Until then, wishing you healing.

I love the noticing. I love when we all take a second to appreciate the “mundane.” Not so mundane at all. Thanks for sharing with us. 🩷

Not on the second one yet. Taking a little breather and reading Onyx Storm before starting Parable of the Talents.

Willing to fight with you. It’s okay to be wrong, and once you have woken up, we’ll all be here to accept you all and work with you to fight a system that intends to destroy us. Until then, I suggest you really reflect on the type of person you want to be. Have a day!

I find it interesting that MAGAs feel the need to comment on things that clearly don’t apply to them. I think it’s because you truly know that this is not applicable to your leader. I’m glad you saw this message, so at least you know that when things start to get really bad, there will be people

We cannot give into fear, or tyranny. We must work together to fight. We need to stop fighting with those who have differing political ideologies and find the common ground. Unless they are cultists. This is not a left vs. right issue. This is up vs. down. We can do this. #resist #booksky #parable
