Haven't been active much here, sorry, AI-in-OSS burnout is real. How do you care when nobody else does? When nobody engages? When all the human connection is gone? When all you read is AI slop? I want to go back to coding for fun. Because whatever this is, it's very much _not_ fun.

Unfortunately AI has become *very* good at stuff like OpenSCAD and the Blender MCP integration supposedly is magical. It feels like there is no safe spot where you can just enjoy creative work anymore.

`@apollo/client` and ecosystem, as well as the `rover` package are on staged releases, too. drydock.org by @jovidecroock.com is a great tool in our workflow for verifying released before we publish them. Definitely recommended.

Use `npm stage publish` they said. It worked great. Use `npm stage approve` they said. "error 409 Conflict" they said. A `graphql-tag` release with `graphql` 17 support might take a little bit longer than expected.

Staged publishing TL;DR 1. You replace `npm publish` with `npm stage publish` 2. It puts the tarball in a staging area for review 3. You approve it via the CLI or web It will land in npm@^11.15.0. I've already turned off non-staged publishing in @nuqs.dev (in the Trusted Publishing settings).

Some dashboard on npm with all published, but not "acknowledged" packages where you can batch-approve with a single passkey tap maybe? But if the maintainer's machine is sufficiently compromised they might see one thing and approve another.

Hey @en-js.bsky.social, I know you're all working on the rust version, and that's great - but are there any plans to release another stable of the babel plugin? From what I see in the playground, it has advanced a lot since 1.0. I would love to use that, but can't justify using the canary.

Oh, to be clear: I'm not mad at the training. They can of course do that. I'm mad because it is opt-out instead of opt-in, and it came in a "We’re updating our Terms of Service" email instead of an email titled "Alarm! Opt out now quickly or your stuff is fed to AI".

Those skills were created via TanStack Intent, which was an overall great experience. In the next release, full TanStack Intent support will be shipped, but for now they're already available via `npx skills`.
