My very favorite part is that a few weeks later, my parents sent us a care package with some treats, a charger I forgot at their place, and... the hat. With my name on it. Excavated from storage and the late 70's. Gifted to me just like my name was. Reader, I bawled. (9/10)

my favorite deck that i've run in person is Tasigur, because I don't run an oppressive control list but instead a pile of cards that ask my opponents to make interesting choices (ex. Fact or Fiction, Split the Spoils, vote cards) but of course. the real representation of me is obvious.

evangelizing my charity streams and realizing again that i do kickass shit semi-regularly

basically, I play the game for 24 hours straight and i get a bunch of my pals to cohost in two-hour shifts. they tend to bring along some gimmicks of their own like asking me/chat trivia questions or doing a tierlist for background characters (i don't tell them what to bring, i just kinda roll with it when they get there)

the main draw for donations is that i get a big pile of star wars related prizes and each donation of a certain amount gets you an entry to win the pile. the secondary draws are donations for things that complicate the gameplay, like turning on mirror mode, forcing no upgrades, or forcing me to use the track favorite. my hope is to add some stuff like increasing the number of laps that i have to do; the track mods from the modding channel are very promising also
