Kept getting recs to listen to DataCloak. Some good simple lo-fi jungle\dnb but this teeny EP leans into a much darker sound with a lower tempo. I really dig this open.spotify.com/album/5msbSA...

Ecstatic about Eleanor being available from AHS and getting her new SV2 bank! I'm admittedly trying to get my hands on AiKO from ANIMEN but I haven't had a response. I'll probably pick up Genbu tomorrow after pay day

Finished Sonic Adventure 1 . . . . I liked it ! Enjoyed seeing the story from different perspectives... I wonder if the detail of the dialogue being different for each story was on purpose, cus of character perspective and stuff . . . #MyArt

Finally gotten around to listening to Hard-Fi's new album from June. Mixed feelings, need a few more listens I think, but Humpback Whale is definitely my standout track. I'd say this is definitely the "in-between" sound of new vs old Hard-Fi. youtu.be/ZcMzymRH-Zw?...

DOOM '98 Imagined what if id Software released an additional entry in the Doom series in 1998, using a technological mix between id Tech 2 and GoldSrc engine. Going for the blend of fantastical and grounded, which would be in vein of Half-Life and System Shock 2.

Took me like 2 hours but I finally got Yukari Connect NEO running with EN-> JP translation which it then feeds into VOICEROID to read out. I need to figure out how to set the timing for sentence breaks because they're too long by default, as well as the usual output BS for use with Voicemeeter/OBS

🧵 A thread… Starting in the mid-2000s, I made voxel artwork by extruding quad polygons in 3ds Max, before dedicated voxel editors, Minecraft or Crossy Road existed. I started with 3D tributes to childhood games. Here's an article from 2009 featuring my work: www.onelargeprawn.co.za/2009/12/22/a...

I had to go on a detox from my painkillers over the last few weeks because I was on holiday and the way I have to order them requires them to be manually approved each time which sometimes just. Does Not Happen lol. I ran out of my anti-ds Tuesday as well and just now the withdrawal is kicking in 🫠

Idk if it's my place to say it but I think people who are replying directly to Ryone Yami's VOX Factory announcement with sarcastic references to ANRI is just incredibly disrespectful.

Why is the new Dreamtonics announcement so...ominous lol I'm trying to figure out what they're implying - logo is styled similarly to Synth V whereas Vocoflex has its own identity so I imagine it might be related to SV? I think it's an X? My working theory is it might be like an audio FX plugin

Still on my Buggles fixation rn, was looking through Trevor Horn's YT at some later live performances. He still retains a lot of his stylistic singing traits from the 70's\80's (i.e. the exaggeration of the "n" sound and shortened last note in "symphony", it has a specific term but idk what it is)
