Pro tip for cheap eats: Keep a stock bag in your freezer. Put bones, meat, and veggie scraps in the bag and when it is full either stick it in a slow cooker or pot at a low temp for like 12 hours with a splash of vinegar and as much water as it takes to keep it covered.

I forced progression on my flat bench today because I'm frustrated with being stuck at 200. Micro plates to the rescue. My inclined dumbell bench suffered for it though. Could.only do my usual 80 for 1 but I did 55 for 10.
