Why does a random mole have rage boost and an aoe attack that does allcancel and deathblow. 140

I'm playing Psychonauts 2 and it doesn't let you do it unless its a dodge out of a psy blast...like its too many extra steps for no reason. 100

(it had this sometimes, not enough) -Battle hype, through music or injecting voice acting -Villains who don't leave the game/die with a whimper (they all did) 000
